2.2. Collection and storage of personal data, and types and purposes for which we use data
a) when you visit the website
When you visit our website www.innovacell.com, your browser will automatically send information to our website’s server. That information is stored temporarily in log files. The following data will be collected without any action on your part until data are deleted automatically.

  • IP address of accessing computer,
  • access date and access time,
  • name and URL of the accessed file,
  • website from which our website was accessed (referrer URL),
  • browser used and your operating system, if any, as well as the name of your access provider.

We will process these data for the following purposes:

  • to guarantee a smooth connection to the website,
  • to guarantee a comfortable use of our website,
  • to analyse the security and stability of the system, and
  • for other administrative purposes.

We process data on the basis of Article 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is based on the above purposes to collect data. Under no circumstances will we use any data we have collected to draw conclusions about your identity. We will also use cookies when you visit our website. 3. Transfer of data
We will not transmit your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will transmit your personal data to third parties only:

  • to obtain information from us according to Article 15 GDPR on the personal data processed by us. You have the right to obtain information on the purposes for which we process data, on the categories of personal data, on the categories of recipients to whom we have or will disclose your data, on the time for which we keep your data, whether you have the right to rectification and deletion of data, on the restriction of processing or on the right to object to processing, on the right to lodge a complaint, on the origin of your data, provided such data were not collected by us, and on the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, on the right to receive meaningful information on the details thereof;
  • to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the right to have incomplete data completed according to Article 16 GDPR;
  • to obtain the erasure of personal data we keep concerning you according to Article 17 GDPR, unless processing is necessary to exercise a right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • to obtain the restriction of processing of your personal data according to Article 18 GDPR where you contest the accuracy of data, the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and we no longer need the data, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to processing according to Article 21 GDPR;
  • to receive your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format according to Article 20 GDPR or to have transmitted the personal data to another controller;
  • to withdraw your consent at any time according to Article 7 (3) GDPR. Consequently, we are required to discontinue the processing operations based on your consent, and
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to Article 77 GDPR. You can regularly contact the supervisory authority of your habitual place of residence or place of work or the place of our offices.

7. Right to object
When we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests according to Article 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data according to Article 21 GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation or to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without specification of a particular situation. You can exercise your right to withdraw your consent or to object by emailing us at office@ttpr.at.

8. Data security
We use the common SSL process (Secure Socket Layer) along with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser, i.e. regularly 256 bit encryption. Should your browser not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology. When your browser displays an icon showing a closed padlock in the lower status bar of your browser, the page you are visiting is encrypted.
We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access of third parties. We steadily improve our security measures in line with technological developments.

This Privacy Statement is currently up to date and was last changed in October 2020.
